Fixed a number of bugs, including:

• posting links were changing URLs to be relative paths instead of absolute
• On the reply and report pages, displaying the post was not applying the html formatting
• fixed the breadcrumb links on multiple pages
• editing a post was throwing multiple errors when trying to save
• more styling fixes for mobile phone version
